For our use and the new system, I propose we use a lower the better approach. With a 1 always being a success and a 10 always a failure, in the case of a 1 - 10 roll. For a percentage roll or 1 -100, I think a 05 and 95 would be the same.
This is not to say that is how attribute and skill ratings will work. Those we will approach in the coming installments. This is just a discussion on how the rolling should be resolved for game play.
